The Clear Choice for Plumbing
We’re a family-owned plumbing business proudly serving the Central Coast for over five decades. Originally founded by Kerry Clear, the business has now passed to the next generation – led by his son Stuart and his wife Kylie.
Stuart spent years learning the ropes (and turning the wrenches) under his dad’s guidance, and today brings a mix of old-school workmanship and modern know-how to every job.
Kylie runs the behind-the-scenes magic, keeping everything on track and making sure our customers feel looked after every step of the way.
Why the new name?
We wanted something that reflected who we are, clear, honest, reliable, and proudly local. So now, it’s Clearly Plumbing.
And it’s still us. Just a little more, well… clear.
Meet Stuart– Founder & Licensed Plumber
With over 25 years of plumbing under his belt, Stuart’s the go-to guy when things go wrong. He thrives on repair work – diagnosing tricky issues and bringing your plumbing back to life. After hours, he’s all about family time, a cold beer, and cheering on (or playing in) a team sport – netball, cricket, soccer, you name it. He’s proud to be part of the Deaf sporting community and has even competed in the Australian Deaf Games. Born and raised on the Central Coast, Stuart’s never wanted to be anywhere else – it’s home.
It’s not just about fixing problems—it’s about giving people peace of mind and long-lasting solutions.

Owner, Problem Solver & Team Sports Tragic
Stuart has been running the family business since 2022 and is the go-to guy when things go wrong. He thrives on repair work – diagnosing tricky issues and bringing your plumbing back to life. After hours, he’s all about family time, a cold beer, and cheering on (or playing in) a team sport – netball, cricket, soccer, you name it. He’s proud to be part of the Deaf sporting community and has even competed in the Australian Deaf Games. Born and raised on the Central Coast, Stuart’s never wanted to be anywhere else, it’s home.
Plumber & Golf Legend
Tom joined It’s Clearly Plumbing in 2025 with nine years of plumbing experience under his belt. He has strong set of skills across a range of jobs but loves himself a bit of drainage works. He loves getting stuck in and delivering great results for customers! When its tools down, you might spot him at one of the local golf courses, aiming for that hole in one!
Behind the scenes multi tasker
Kylie stepped into the family business just over five years ago, learning the ropes from the legendary Virginia before taking charge of all things behind the scenes. She keeps the team organised, the jobs flowing, and the customers happy. Her favourite part of the role? Building relationships and hearing customers’ stories, every chat feels like catching up with old friends.
When the week winds down, Kylie’s all about a hot coffee, a reality show (the cheesier the better), and Friday movie night with the family. Outside the plumbing world, she’s also a qualified sign language interpreter.
Scheduling Queen & Problem Solver
Jess keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. With 20 years of admin experience, she’s the one making sure the jobs get done and the team stays organised. She loves a good puzzle and thrives on ticking off every job by week’s end. Outside of work? It’s all about family, weekend sports, and the occasional lazy Sunday. Bonus trivia: Jess once escorted oversized loads across NSW as a pilot car driver!
